We all make mistakes. There's a place for appropriate guilt, remorse, even shame. There's certainly a place for correction, for improving ourselves and not doing it the next time. But to carry around the heavy weight of guilt, and shame, and self criticism, self loathing, self blaming wears us down. This tool helps us work on forgiveness.
