Why It Works


In this workbook we're going to learn skills to re-evaluate the major sources of your stress and your time, strategies to to relax, and some ways to increase your energy and attention.  

This workbook is designed around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles. CBT is, one of the most well-studied forms of mental health interventions. 

The basic foundation of CBT is all about how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. These three areas of our being work together in a system, and when we change just one element, we’re likely to see improvements in the others. 

Over time, this causes a positive cascade in our lives!
