About This Tool

This tool includes 3 easy practices (Mindful Breath, Mindful Touch and Mindful Sound) to teach mindfulness to the beginner, as well as gently reminding those who already have a mindful practice to slow down and practice paying attention and being curious. The tool is educational and practical. The exercises can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes depending on how much time you'd like to spend. Practicing these mindfulness exercises can lead to improved attention, concentration, and calmness, as well as enhancing ones mood and sense of vitality.
