This program is intended for you if you have goals, desires and a passion to live your greatest life ever. Whether you're 20 or 50, you were meant for great things and its time to connect on a deeper level on how to share your greatest gifts with the world. 

With the worksheet comes a 9 minute meditation to guide you in seeing and feeling the goal you wish to live. Daily listening, visualizing and writing your goal statement will create the results you want. Repetition is the key to success. Remember it takes about 30 days to create a new habit ( a habit of thinking, feeling and doing). How about committing to 90 days? 

Expect to get excited, feel frustrated, and inspired, and all the feelings in between. When steps towards your greatest self, you may encounter resistance to the new way of thinking. That's why repetition is key - creating a new mindset and focus on what you want, not what you don't want. You will achieve and live your goal if you stick with it!
