I have the best job in the world, I support people while they work through their struggles to build the lives they most want to live.  With specialized training in trauma, chemical dependence and couples in crisis, I blend cognitive-havioral techniques with trauma-informed and midfulness techniques to help clients set and acheive the goals they set for themselves.  That's a lot of jargin to say that I don't set my client's goals, they do; I don't set the pace for therapy, they do.  

At work, I'm also passionate about clinical supervision, helping parents and care givers find the tools to talk to their kids about anything, perfectionism and relationship recovery.  

In my free time I love to read (mostly fiction), hike, swim and learn new recipes.
