Hello! Thanks for stopping by. I'm Debra LeGere. I am a mental health therapist and certified clinical hypnotherapist. Personally, I have been a life-long spiritual seeker and student of metaphysics. I specialize helping clients experiencing anxiety, stress, worry, grief and loss and trauma resolution. I LOVE to help and witness a client's journey through a life transition such as a divorce, the end of a relationship, a death, a loss or having reached a personal cross-roads. I am passionate about helping others come to peace with their past, to receive its gifts and to help them discover a future of their creation. Like myself, many of my clients are actively participating in humanity's shift from 3D to 5D, the shift from human being to spiritual being. I believe true health comes from the magical synergy of a healthy mind, body and spirit. I have found mindfulness, guided imagery and hypnosis to be amazing tools to assist in making fast, deep and lasting change.
